Postage and Delivery:
Our preferred shipping method is via Australia Post, with the option of either Standard or Express Parcel Postage (with an additional fee). Our shipping charges are clearly detailed on our website, at the checkout stage or purchase, and reflect the standard shipping rates across the Australia Post platform.
According to the time and day you place your order, shipment will either be completed on the same day as purchase or, at latest, within 1-2 business days.
Please ensure your postal details are correct prior to completing your purchases as any errors may lead to incorrect delivery. In this event, Shukran is in no way responsible for any errors originating from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Australia Post Express Parcel Postage:
Australia Post’s Express Parcel Postage service guarantees delivery to over 80% of Australian addresses, including residential, commercial, and PO box addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address they provide is within Australia Post’s range of coverage prior to purchase, as any errors in shipping are non-refundable.

We also advise our customers that any delivery dates are a guide only and are subject to change relating to the individual logistics of each item and the carrier’s (Australia Post) own practices. Any delivery dates that are inclusive of public holidays may be subject to change or alteration. Once shipped, Shukran advises that we are not responsible for any delays in the delivery process, and that in these instances, customers should consult with Australia Post directly regarding the status of their delivery.
